The role ...
Deliver the brand plans and campaigns for the companies flagship brand, driving strategic direction whilst leading, coaching and mentoring the high energy brand team, line management responsibility for Assistant Brand Manager and Brand Co-Ordinator.
Liaise closely with the Digital & Content team to ensure all campaigns and activities are integrated across all elements of the marketing mix whilst maintaining a strong brand - adhering to brand guidelines – that resonate with target customers and consumers.
Own the performance of the brand, supporting sales and customer marketing to drive success where needed and ensuring NPD is considered.
