The role……………
You will work closely with the Sales Lead, R&D and Category Teams to develop and execute the go to Market plan for your customers. You will have experience building Growth Joint Business Plans and delivering JBP & Budget targets. Taking full P&L responsibility for your designated accounts, you will carefully manage the risks and opportunities to achieve budget targets and be responsible for developing relationships with our customers and delivering success.
You will possess a real empathy for customers’ as well as brand quality, you must be client focused, results driven and forward looking. We are looking for an experienced, motivated team player with commercial and negotiation skills as well as the ability to build strong relationships. This is a diverse role and successful candidate will have the opportunity to work autonomously and strategically to develop the brand and the accounts that they manage.
