This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced drinks retail marketeer who loves the on trade and wants to help shape the future direction of this progressive beer business and pub company.
This brewery, based in West Yorkshire, has a fantastic reputation and huge credibility in the beer world. They are looking for someone to bring their passion for beer marketing and expert knowledge of the on trade to this role, and take ownership for creating the group marketing strategy for the retail side of the business, as well as leading and developing the retail marketing team.

This well-respected brewery produces an award winning portfolio of beers, which feature in some of the best on and off trade venues in the UK, and have a pub estate of over 30 quality venues. With recent investment, they are now extremely well placed for the next stage of their journey.
Why this role?
- Take ownership for creating the group marketing strategy for the retail side of the business.
- Lead the retail marketing team
- Plan and execute a wide variety of marketing campaigns and events to build awareness of the business
- Facilitate the consistent communication of brand values
- Create strategic plans to establish and enhance brand presence, allocating resources to different projects, setting both short-term and long-term goals for the department and team
- Drive multi-channel marketing campaigns, reviewing and promoting the continuous improvement of the company’s marketing department
You….
- Background in drinks marketing (ideally beer) and a real passion for the industry
- Creative and strategic thinker, with great problem solving skills
- Real understanding of the industry and its regulations, professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation
- Ability to develop strong relationships with cross departmental team members to enable collaboration, advice sharing, and directional leadership
- A natural leader who's excited to shape the team and develop their skills
This is a full-time office based role in West Yorkshire, with a salary of £40-50k depending on experience.
