With their on/off trade split traditionally at 60/40 This company believe that the post the impact of the pandemic will re stabilise the split at circa 70/30 , with e-commerce accounting for circa 50% of retail sales, demonstrating the importance on this key position within the team.
The role….
As the e-commerce national account manager, you will manage the primary account base of specialist online retailers such as Amazon, Master of Malt, Whisky World, Hard to Find Whisky & Zap.
You will be responsible for Delivering against overall channel revenue targets and KPIs whilst Developing distribution and rate of sale for the portfolio in existing e comm customers.
An opportunity to have direct input into their single cask/bespoke product programme enabling their brands to have a unique presence and revenue stream generated from these placements.
Work with and Support customers with staff education and training where required. Communicating with accountsa to ensure that they are up to date with all developments on the portfolio and business.
Liaise with brand owners ensuring that activations in their shop window accounts are managed and delivered in line with their overall expectations, whilst Organising and delivering consumer tasting events with key customers, liaising with the Brand Ambassador team where appropriate.
